  • Each class provides a comprehensive pantry list as well as a weekly shopping list so you only have to go to the market once a week!

15 Minute Meals – CLASS I

  1. “Moron Chicken” 3 ways
  2. Teriyaki Shrimp with couscous and arugula salad
  3. Polenta Coins with scallops and tomato sauce
  4. Turkey scaloppini with sautéed mushrooms, capers, and lemon juice
  5. Minute steaks with sautéed mushrooms and onions
  6. Spinach tortellini with peas, corn and diced ham with butter and Parmesan

15 Minute Meals – CLASS II

  1. Quick Cassoulet
  2. Garlic Shrimp
  3. Teriyaki scallops with edamame and spinach
  4. Pork and black bean burritos
  5. Coconut milk and tamari fish “moron style”
  6. Dijon smeared lamb chops

15 Minute Meals – CLASS III

  1. Baja Fish Tacos
  2. Moron Chicken with pesto and sun dried tomatoes
  3. Moo Shu Beef
  4. Turkey, Rice and Soycottash mix
  5. Lamb and Spinach Florentine in pitas
  6. Spinach Tortellini with garlicky swiss chard

15 Minute Meals – CLASS IV

  1. Orzo with Turkey Kielbasa, sun dried tomatoes and peas
  2. Flank Steak
  3. Sausage and peppers over polenta
  4. Quick Fish Sticks
  5. Minestrone Soup
  6. Asian style noodles with shrimp

  1. Garlic and herb smeared New York Strip steaks with roasted tomatoes
  2. Braised Haddock
  3. Panko crusted pork chops
  4. Parmesan Noodles with beef and vegetables
